Michael Paskevich and Stephan Paul
Custom Courier was founded in 1994 by Michael Paskevich with a simple mission: to provide Vermont’s most time-critical freight through a reliable local courier service. For decades, Mike and his dedicated team built a reputation for speed, precision, and exceptional customer service—quietly supporting industries and agencies across the state whenever urgent logistics were required.
During Vermont’s nationally recognized COVID-19 testing response, Custom Courier played a crucial behind-the-scenes role. While others focused on the headlines, Mike was on the road ensuring essential materials and samples were delivered on-time, exactly where they needed to go and exactly when they were needed.
As demand grew, Mike welcomed Stephan Paul, who transitioned from a decade-long career as a Logistics Specialist for a commodity trading company to join the team. After several years of hands-on experience and mentorship, Stephan purchased the business in May 2025.
Today, Mike and his wife, Colleene, continue to drive for Custom Courier, contributing their expertise as the company expands its services and capabilities. Under Stephan’s leadership, the team remains dedicated to enhancing Vermont logistics, helping local businesses move faster, operate more efficiently, and keep their operations running smoothly.
